Description: Guest speaker, Professor Amanda Watson, Director of the O’Quinn Law Library, University of Houston Law Center, dives into the necessary research steps a practitioner should take to meet their ethical obligations, including updating, versioning, and staying current in the law. Harris County Law Library Deputy Director Joe Lawson closes the video CLE with a demonstration of the legal research tools discussed by Professor Watson that are available to all for free at the Harris County Law Library.
